Licha’s art glass is inspired by the beautiful shapes and expressions of children’s faces, the endless lines of the human body, the beauty of nature, colorful characters of street life and her own personal expressions.  These transform into unique pieces of fused art glass.

Licha approaches her designs based on the opportunity to experiment and push the limit to see what works and what is, or is not, compatible.  The beauty of this relationship is that she may be in control of what she designs on the glass.  However, the result is always determined by the changes of the glass from the heat of the kiln.  It seems that because of the changes that occur during firing, the glass itself will decide how to compliment her designs.
